Returns
At UrbanTrendz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
No restocking fee applies to any return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at: info@urbantrendz.vip
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions based on your location.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Estimated return shipping costs:
· Within Germany: €5–€15 depending on package size and weight
· International returns (including US to Germany): $15–$30 USD or more depending on carrier and package weight
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@urbantrendz.vip so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
· Personalized or custom-made products
· Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., underwear, face masks)
· Gift cards
These restrictions do not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer law where you reside.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the product following the return procedure and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
· Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
· Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
· No restocking fee will be deducted
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@urbantrendz.vip.

🇪🇺 European Union (including Germany)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting info@urbantrendz.vip. You must then return the item within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
· Be in the same condition that you received it
· Be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
· Be returned in the original packaging
· Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Refund Amount (EU Customers)
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered by us).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As our return center is located in Germany, international return shipping costs typically range from $15 to $30 USD depending on the carrier and package weight. These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Amount (US Customers)
We will refund the product price. Original shipping costs (if any) and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing Time (US Customers)
Once we receive your return in Germany, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and refund processing.
Right to Withdraw
Unlike EU customers, US customers do not have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Our 30-day return policy is a voluntary commitment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (US Customers)
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@urbantrendz.vip. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items (US Customers)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or face masks if the seal has been broken or the item has been worn.
Exchanges (US Customers)
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
