Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
· Chinese public holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year, National Day Golden Week)
· German public holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Easter, Labour Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
During major Chinese holidays (especially Chinese New Year, which lasts approximately 2-3 weeks), processing times may be delayed by an additional 5-10 business days due to nationwide fulfillment center closures. We will notify you via email if your order is affected by a significant delay.
Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping)
Your total estimated delivery time is calculated as: processing time + shipping time.
Destination Total Delivery Time
Germany 5–14 business days
European Union 7–14 business days
United States 7–14 business days
Example (Germany): If you order on Monday and processing takes 2 business days, your order will ship on Wednesday. Total delivery to Germany will take 5–14 business days from the order date, meaning your package should arrive between the following Monday and the Monday after.
Important: Delivery time estimates do not include German or Chinese public holidays. Orders placed before or during these holidays may experience additional delays.

We work with reliable international shipping partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by local postal or courier services:
· Germany/EU: DHL, Deutsche Post, Hermes
· United States: USPS, FedEx, DHL
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Germany & European Union
For orders shipped within Germany and the European Union, no additional customs duties should apply. UrbanTrendz is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union.
United States
Under US law, there are no import duties or customs fees for shipments valued under $800 USD. Most of our orders fall under this threshold. If your order exceeds $800 USD, you may be responsible for applicable import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will typically become available within 24–72 hours after shipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Germany & European Union
If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window (14 business days for Germany, 16 business days for the EU), please contact us immediately.
We will help you by:
1. Contacting the shipping carrier to investigate the delay
2. Providing updates within 3 business days
3. Issuing a refund or replacement if the package is confirmed lost
United States
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at info@urbantrendz.vip. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at info@urbantrendz.vip.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses if we are not notified before the order is dispatched.
