Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Because we work with fulfillment partners who manage their own inventory, a product may become unavailable after you place your order. If this happens, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.

We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantity of products available to any customer or region
- Discontinue any product at any time
- Refuse or cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate information

If we cancel part or all of your order due to product unavailability, you will not be charged for the cancelled items.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from UrbanTrendz. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been sent to our fulfillment partner. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@urbantrendz.vip with your order number.

If your order has already been sent to our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping or AliExpress) for processing, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may return the products in accordance with our Refund Policy after you receive them.

Order Changes

We cannot change the shipping address, product size, color, or quantity after your order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Order Rejection or Cancellation by Us

If we cannot accept, need to change, or must cancel your order for any reason (for example, the product is out of stock), we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.

Personal Use Only

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for your own personal or household use. Commercial resale, bulk purchasing for resale, or export outside the European Union is not permitted without our prior written consent.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price shown on the product page is the net price (excluding VAT). German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) will be calculated and added to your total during checkout based on your shipping address within the European Union.

The final total, including VAT and any applicable shipping costs (if not free), will be clearly displayed in your cart before you complete your purchase.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, our posted prices do not include:

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

You and UrbanTrendz consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of Offenburg, Germany, for any disputes arising under these Terms.

 

SECTION 22- United States – Legal Disclosure

For customers residing in the United States:

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). By using our website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Offenburg, Germany for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

No Warranties: UrbanTrendz provides its products "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by US law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by US law, UrbanTrendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our products or website.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), rather than in court, unless prohibited by applicable law. The arbitration shall take place in Offenburg, Germany, and shall be conducted in English.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with UrbanTrendz on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
